Refund possible?

Hey guys,

i am a long-time customer of honorbuddy and demonbuddy (bought like 10 or 15 different licences in the last 2 years)

i also started a project with Exilebuddy and bought a 3 session lifetime.

As we all know Exilebuddy cannot be used due to currency-flagging/banning and there is no estimated launch for a new release.

install PoE
launch everything
have fun
get banned at level 3

I don't want to be rude, i was just a bit frustrated that i spendt 30? for actually nothing.
So i kindly ask if a refund is possible

if you purchased it max. around a week ago, bossland almost always refunds stuff.
If you bought it long time ago, i don't think you will have any chance of getting a refund.
