Refund please?

How do I get a refund? I've used honorbuddy and love it..but Archebuddy is unusable...please explain how to get a refund on this product.

Other than the fact we are waiting for Out to finish verifying the update what makes archebuddy unusable ?

There are farming, grinders, fishing, auction house, trading, leveling up to 30ish plugins for this game.
