recover old forum account password

I have been using this forum account since I forgot the password / email I used when I originally started using HB after glider ended. the forum account user name is Medalofwhat. is there any way I can recover the password from the support staff? I'm not sure of the email I used like 6 or 7 years ago.

support just told me to make a new forum account because its free lol. that wasn't the point. I wanted my forum account that had the join date when I started using HB
