Recording Paths Error?

Is there something wrong with recording paths I had it working initially but now im just trying to record small circle paths and im getting this type of stuff...

I think I was a little over zealous with some tweaks I was doing to the nav server. I reduced some of the limitations I placed, let me know if you still experience issues.
