To answer your question, no. Simply running the buddy software will not get you detected or noticed unless you do things wrong. This is all thanks to the amazing anti-warden software the buddy team has in place and the reason we experience longer patch downtimes than most bots. This is a good thing. Learn it, love it, profit from it.
However, that being said, you can get caught using lazy raider just like any other botbase in the buddy software. If enough people see you doing something that doesn't appear human enough then they may report you and you may get banned. Generally speaking if you are even a halfway decent player then you shouldnt be running around doing anything out of the ordinary anyways.
Most bans come from player reports. This means that the most likely botbases to get reported will likely be ones that follow a set path or are left afk for long periods of time making it easy for other players to notice you are not an actual player. These include GatherBuddy, Questing, and Grindbot. There are however other methods of detection that blizzard uses such as auction house posting, trades, and gathering, although the exact way in which they use these is purely speculative.
