Recent background WoW Download concern

If this is in the wrong section I apologise, mods are welcome to move it. I've also had a good look around for anyone asking about this already and couldn't find anything.

I'm just concerned about it being safe to run HB after the 10gig patch that was released on roughly 26 Sep 2014, it was a pre-patch for I'm assuming WoD. I haven't used HB since.

Can a dev let me know if I'm being cautious or paranoid?

Its just the 6.0 pacth being pre-loaded,so it should be safe.
Either way,HB will shut itself down should it detect any changes in the game client,so you're good to go.
