Received mail from banned account

I received mail today from a previously banned account. The subject was entitled "Test" and there was 1 copper attached. WTF is this?

Maybe you've sent a testmail with 1 copper and it was just returned after 30 days in the banned account's mailbox ?

Yea, Beelze, its conceivable I did that and forgot, but I can't think of any reason why I would have done that or why I would have forgotten.
