im new to rebornbuddy and wanna quest was wondering how i go about getting started more so what bot base to use on it

Order Bot is the one you want for questing (and pretty much anything that uses a profile).

https://www.thebuddyforum.com/rebornbuddy-forum/206357-noobie-tutorial.html is a good read to start. I don't think it has been updates since Heavensward came out, but the basics should be the same.
