Reason we all get banned? everyone watch this please.

No data will ever be turned over to blizzard even if the case is lost, no legal justification in fact its probably illegal to force it to be turned over. Also no data has ever been turned over to blizzard outside of the court case either and never will. This thread is speculation on something that will never happen.
