Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity:

it was just an autoban wave, just put up a ticket on the site with random crap and you will get unbanned in 10mins... i seriously just put "why did i get banned" and bam 12mins later got my password reset and account restored. Dont look to much into it... doesnt matter how many mails you sent or how long you were botting random shit happens.. been botting in uldum last 3 weeks 24/7 not even restarts screwed my botting.

And not the first time i got that account banned
 
i have got the same mail, but the funny thing is, i haven't played or even logged on in over a month ....
 
I just got hit with this on my botting account... and all I did i think to trigger it was give my RL friend who lives 5 miles down the road 10k gold lol
 
I got hit with the same email on my botting account today. Was only botting for a few hours in Uldum
 
I got hit on 3 accounts at the same time about 1.5 hrs ago. I put in tickest and had all 3 restored in less than an hr.
 
I was recently banned for Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy which I wish to repeal.

I have been sending gold to other accounts of MINE because I have been stockpiling gold. If there is something wrong with this than I no longer wish to play this game. I have not been abusing the economy in any way or selling gold.

Used it on both my accounts and got both unbanned
 
I got banned a few days ago on my botting account and today I got banned on both my main account AND my botting account, all for the same reason abuse of the economy, gold trading. Is it something to do with uldum? because I botted for like 2 months 24/7 on my old realm not in uldum and never even had a warning :/
 
i have been hit for selling gold 3 or 4 times without ever selling gold. i dispute and all accounts are back online. i think it is a catch all ban that is easily overturned if you haven't sold any gold.

You use an amazing vocabulary but there are enough grammatical and spelling mistakes that they feel out of place. I also believe it would be more effective with less line breaks and a more organized structure. Good job on it so far though, I'm sure it's helped some people.
 
well, 2 accounts with honorbuddy closed by selling gold today( i never did). The weird thing is, my other bot account with pirox(yet) only is up. And main account too. Is honorbuddy detected?
That 2 accounts have 10 day of played time, my pirox have 1 year( can be the reason?), never got a warning, and today when i was trying to log bam, perma banned

No... if it was, there would be hundreds of ban reports in hours... (if our tripwire didn't go off, which it would)

No... If Blizzard used that reasoning, they would be more tempted to ban the one with more time... they already got the money for that account and won't see more for about a year... but the one they banned would have given them more money within the next 10 days... so that wouldn't make sense.

You didn't include enough info to even take an educated guess as to what got you banned other than Blizz gave you the 'cookie cutter, sold gold (exploiting the economy?)' ban report.
 
I got one of my farmers hit with "exploitative activity" ban yesterday.
Had the account back within 10 minutes. =)
 
I was also banned a few days ago while farming in Uldum. Long time user, first time being banned. As everyone else said, I submitted a ticket and got my account back within 30 minutes.

Never being banned, would this be considered a ban wave?

Also, would I be safe to bot again or is it suggested to hold off?

Dont even think they care about that. I loaned 40k to a friend and he payed me back 1 weeklater and never ever had any problem tih blizzrd :P so its something else
