REALLY GOOD Suggestion for Generic Routine

to add on Generic Routine

"resource below x%"
"resource above x%"

one or two more conditional Buttons

an "And"/"Or" button,


Example:

Monk_LashingTailKick

Against Elites (&&)"and" Resource above 30%




this would make DB 100times better, config would be easier and smarter.
