looks kinda fake yet real tho.

Looks legit to me only because that UI looks similar to another ive seen.
 
There's close to no point in this being faked. Have you even looked at the ArcheBuddy API? It has multiple methods for Housing. If the guy tries to sell that program I may just make one public myself.
Edit: I see he has already started selling it. Hopefully I'll release mine today.

You will get famous too then i suppose ;). also if you do decide to release it to the public make sure its done right, not this hasty half rushed script. there are enough of these floating around.
