I purchased a month subscription yesterday and have not received my key. It has not shown up on Log On - Buddy Auth Portal either.
I've sent messages to [email protected] with all details needed and no response.What is the average waiting time for such a response?

it can take up to 72 hours, since someone has to manually go in an retrieve your key. are you sure when you registered on the buddyauth website that you used the same e-mail address that you used during checkout?
