RE: Computer Shutdown and Start up while on holiday.

I was reading a thread on here a while ago, but I can't for the life of me find it.
It was referring to running demonbuddy while out of town etc, where your computer would turn on at a certain time and turn off at a certain time and ofcourse demonbuddy would start up with the computer.
I was hoping somebody might be able to shed some light on this, thanks.

I've already got demonbuddy to start up with my computer using YAR, but I'm unsure of how to get the computer to shutdown and turn on.

wake on lan? dont know if thats a thing anymore tho..

You can schedule your computer to turn on and off using the Task Scheduler administrative tool. Pretty easy to figure out how to use it. Also, some BIOS have an option to "wake" the computer at a certain time.

Or just setup teamviewer on your phone/laptop/tablet and log in to turn it on and off
