No, you can put it anywhere since Honorbuddy lets you pick the location when you click "Load Profile"
And you use "Questing" instead of Grind.

not sure if the profile is outdated but when i run it it goes off in to the sea in taanan jungle lol

This profile only goes for the rares in WoD, not Taanan.
