rarekiller crashing wow

Whenever my rarekiller makes the sound that it found a rare my wow freezes and I have to end the process. im guessing this isn't normal.
edit: I had framelock on, maybe this will help the issue. Will report back

Yeah you have to have framelock off sadly

I took off framelock and it works now. I'm a derp lol. thank you for the reply
