I know my first page is big but you need to read it all especially these three sections in order to make sure your running it correctly.

Ok so i re installed everything and it now seems to be going along ok, it has not found any rare pets yet so i cant say if it is doing the right thing.
but its not mining anymore
also i load the fps hunter cc but when i click class config nothing happens so i cant change the pet setting
but im seeing how it will do without

so it tried going to deepholm but the portol was not there or i havent unlocked it.
so i will make sure it doesnt try to go there again

You unlock Cata portals at 81-85, so if you have none of those you will only need Blasted Lands and Borean Tundra set to true, the rest false. Also make sure you have the updated version of FPS Hunter, the older one is bugged, http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/classes/hunter/44815-fpsware-hunter-updated.html

I did, will do it again though. Btw, have tamed about 7 in the last 2 days. All Zones working just fine on Ally toons.

You should see if there are any quests on the war board for the cata areas, if you do that should open the portals

ya i need to change that, i called it Borean Tundra originally because that's the specific place in Northrend the boat takes you to.
 
awesome stuff! just have one question, where do you find the screenshot? i have it enabled when he fins and when he tames, but i cant find it anywhere :)

^ Thanks so much for this tip. It really helped me out the first time I started the bot.

BTW I confirm that I am alliance and I just tamed Loque?nahak and Another rare bird in SHolazar and this profile is working for Alliance. I started this bot today 1 hour ago. It started with Hyjal and after running there for some time (specified time by me) kept on changing locations.

A note for people who cant get to work -
1) Follow ALL the directions given posted by the OP. Dont miss anything just because it isnt bold or highlighted.
2) Install the plugin for custom hunter profile so as to select "Never use pet). Btw even though I have this plugin, when i tried to tame second rare pet (within 2 minutes of taming first pet), my pet started attacking and I was able to dismiss him manually, literally less than 10% of the pet that i was taming. Thank god. So just be careful. Stay around when u r running this addon. If you hear a beeping sound (due to rare killer addon), means u just found a pet so better tame it.
3) I am running profession buddy as main bot with Rarefinder profile.

I hope this helps. Once again as of now, this bot is working like magic. Thanks so much. I have been trying to get that pet for months.

since this is just basically one big profile yes it should work once Professionbuddy is updated, but until then we'll just have to wait.
 
well the profile is in need of updating anyway to make use of it but only on use gb2 as main bot open settings uncheck mining and herb gathering go to load profile load from Rare folder ther problem you can farm one place online with the new rarekiller2

Update: i just tried it with gb2 in uldum and Twilight highlands tamed 3 rare pets in 40m
