Rare grinding for panderan faction rep.

Ive tried making profiles myself but I suck all to hell and cant figure any of it out. the only progress i was able to make is that at least i tried. so I am done trying and would like some help please. I have also tried to look to see if anyone has made a profile for grinding on Zandalari Warscouts and Zandalari Warbringers. Mainly to farm the ensignias they drop for rep. Yes they are rares, but would be nice to have something else to farm some of these reps cause just doing dailies isnt enough for me.
