Me neither , i'm rank 11 i got like 52% win rating , and its stuck on 11-12 since 2 days now ... sometimes it skips turn with 8 cards on hands ( including instable portals on it ) ..any kind help ?

I am new to Hearthbuddy and I am using your routine but after I set up the match to custom it plays a game then next game it will go back to basic deck.
what am I doing wrong and how do I keep it set on custom decks for hand after hand?
