Randon dungeon and quests considered as grinding?

As i understand the most dangerous to do is grinding.

Using honorbudy for questing and doing bg and dungeons, is that considered grinding or is it only when killing thound mobs a hour and mining a whole day.

Grinding is more of a, kill mobs only for hours on end.
Questing involves multiple complicated tasks.
Even BGs involve some strategy.

Grind is easy, but dangerous.
