Hi guys, im a new member and just purchased HB 30day service with flying mount. The problem I have involves logging into the HB itself I keep using the username and pw I have linked with the shop and site... but still gives me the message "Auth Fail!" and "Please Purchase HB". I also logged into my HB Auth website and everything seems fine just not with the HB Bot login. Please help.

you bought the key that allows you to use flying mounts on Hb

you have to buy the actual bot

Hey Tony, i was refered to u for the problem i have.

I run mac osc Leopardon my macbook pro and run wow on i. VM ware fusion i use for HB software. Till now i could always use the previous versions but with the new one i cant. C. pointed me out it is because of the new way HB executable is made. I hope you can help me ou to see what myoptions are. U can support this kind of setup or should i find another way. Hope you can help me out.

+Seems service pack dutch version has issues with axml. So installed other version and nw i can logi, BUT it cant seem to find wow ....

Make a new Hb installation from scratch and in case you still have problems open a new thread on support section including your log
 
Hi I have a problem with my account that was supposed to last honorbuddy 1 year and then expire February 23, 2012 but when I run and I identify honorbuddy he said he did not identify what should I do ? Thank you for you help !

I have a problem with my Hb.
It worked great before I restart my computer - now he tells me that "Authentication failed!" when I want to log in with my key. What can I do?
Note: i use my key without pass in Username Box and have the last version (2.0.0.5184).

This is my log :\

Had the same problem man. Make sure if you just copyed and pasted it. There isnt a space at the end. I had to delete the space at the end then it worked fine ;)
 
I've just checked, there was no space at the end, but it still doesn't works. I was trying to install it into a new forder but received the same result :(
 
Well, Try deleting the settings folder in your honorbuddy folder. After you delete enter the key again make sure there is no space.
 
Same result :(
It worked with the same settings and key before I rebooted my computer, and after that I'd recieved the "Authentication failed" message.
 
make a new install of HB, and try again. remember if you have a key to use the key as the username, with no password.

Yep :(

And I can`t log in with default settings: test username and password. I don`t know, can it helps you or not :)

Dunno if firewalls have anything to do with it? Might wanna look at those.
