I hear what you are saying I am much the same, however people do need some initutive, I am no code writer as of yet but I can understand that issues do occur with in codes/errors it is not an easy task to have every thing operational on a targeted time that being said Friday has not occurred in their country as of yet! and I didn't see any promises with the first initial week as mentioned, at least to me it came across like it would be an approximate time not a dead line as such.

It's more complicated than that. I don't think anyone cares too much about it not being up. People are understanding. It's just that we've been kept in the dark. We were told on patch day(last Tuesday) that it would be down for a week. On Saturday we were told that the bot was basically working, just some API changes needed to be done, but that's clearly not the case. The developer preview showed how far from read the bot really is. It's this lack of transparency that's really bothering people. As a project manager I can say they handled it terribly. They should have set up a twitter account, or something, just to give updates about what's going on. Not random unofficial updates stating that it's almost done, then no other update except we need another week. It didn't make sense, and people are right to be angry.
