Random Wait time?

I was just wondering if there is a way to add some kind of random 1-3sec wait between when you kill a mob and then move on to the next. I ask because i'd like to add it to my leveling profile to make it seem less bot like while grinding.

As far as I know there is no way to add this to a profile, no.
