Hey i was wondering if their was random card hover option to make it look more human like.

That will indeed be added back soon, but we do need some feedback about what seems "human like" to users.

In the old beta, the first attempt simply looked though your hand during the opponents turn. I thought that worked, but a lot of people said it's not human like. We could do something like a chance to hover during opponents turn, a few cards, but I'm not sure how much better that'd be.

Card hovering during your own turn isn't doable, because it affects the way the bot plays cards. The cursor is moved around like a human would, but trying to simulate "thinking" about which card to play would make things slower than they already are, which a lot of people feel they need to be faster.

If you guys start leaving some feedback about what would be "good", we'll start putting the information together and make it happen.

- simply a random hovering over own and opponent cards (while it's not our own turn)
- speed should be changeable
- amount of hovering in a specific time should be changeable (let's say "start card hovering 1 time in 2 turns", something like this)

The problem with the card hovering feature of the bot januszanzir mentioned is, that it does also hover over your own cards while it's your turn.
So the bot sometimes conflicts between "Calculate+playaction" <-> "human behavior" and does take pretty long for playing your cards. or simply does not play anything sometimes.

Some human-like features consist of the following:

Playing speed of certain cards, if it's a simple play.
When using a spell or a card with an effect, maybe have to point at all possibilities before actually going for the best target.
Emotes when your about to claim victory? Or when you're about to lose? Or when the bot is about to do a board clear?

hearthranger has managed to do this almost perfectly
the AI though is very bad
