I wanted to buy this product but it is saying that i refunded this and I am unable to purchase it. Is there a way I can buy it still even though I never bought it in the first place?

Hard to say anything without a full log, but I heard about this issue from people using GatherMate. It is now the second time that this product is breaking quest profiles. If you use GatherMate, please take it up with Phelon or deactivate that product on the store until he has fixed it.

Because your loot radius is still set to 400. I can't say for sure which botbase did it (nothing coded by me), but you should probably do a clean install (Guide: How to perform a clean Installation). Also might have some attachment issue, so consider restarting your PC after you cleaned up your HB.

Is there any way to have the character run these raids in a raid group?

Because when running solo, there is only a couple of item drops per boss, instead of full 25-man raid drop.


(Blizzard changed it so that if you enter solo, you only get drops for 1 character and and loot option is set to: SOLO and you can't change it)

The problem is that Honorbuddy, as it stands now, does not support party play to the extend that would be required to run raids successfully. Even simple things like "following and attacking the same target" are hard to implement. Many encounters would break if you tried to let multiple characters run the same instance with the same profile. It is impossible to simply "add the option". What I would have to do instead is to rewrite every single raid profile, program network support and get all that on the store. We are talking about a development effort of about 3-4 months fulltime to get that in check and that is a bit too much to ask for a free update on a product that has at this point about a handful sales a month.

I regret that Blizzard has made the loot changes they have and I may look into why the bot abandons the group in a raid setting so it should be possible to have one character outside the raid while the other character runs it. But I am pretty sure I won't get that solution tested and onto the store before I leave for my vacation on tuesday afternoon. So you will probably be stuck with the situation as it is for another two id resets at least.

There is however my new botbase on the horizon that does have networking capabilities and should be able to handle raids with up to 40 connected bots (provided anyone has that many licenses). But developing that will be a gradual process and the testing for that will take place exclusively on my Discord, so feel free to join it (link is in my signature). I will give out more information when I return after my birthday.

You just make a raid out of 2 people (i have second account) and the second character can stay outside of raid or even go offline. As long as there is a raid group - then it's all good.

I tried it yesterday but the main character (bot) kept quitting the group. If he wasn't quitting the group all would be cool.

I added some changes and I am trying them out as I write this. It should make the bot no longer leave the group in raid profiles with the exception of a single time in the beginnen if you did world quests before starting raids (because the plugin does some cleanup stuff when you switch tasks). In that case you can either reform the group once when you head out to do the first raid or simply restart HB before you do your raid business to avoid that issue. If this works and does not impact world quests, I will submit this change today. It will probably be approved while I am on vacation though. The update submission will be posted to the Studio Companion thread since it is not a profile change.

I just submitted the update. I did Molten Core with one character doing the raid while another was sitting in Orgrimmar. It worked fine. Should work for you once it is approved.

This should also be good for people who have no spare characters, cause they can just queue or create some LFG raid and keep it while ruining the profile. Or ask some guildie or friend to stay in the raid.

The best thing is that if can select group loot that way and get much more gear dropped.

Hey Studio60, doing a trial of your retro bundle and currently loving it.

One issue I'm having is the automation of the Mount Hyjal raid, during Kaz'rogal, my character seems to just stand in the middle while everything around him dies. Eventually, they are defeated and the bot is left waiting 20+ minutes to wait for Thrall to respawn again.

Is this because I'm using a melee class?

I would gladly help you, but I need logs of the incidents to make heads or tails of it. Regarding Hyjal it is possible that the ranged routines for that specific melee specs are broken. That is something I could tell from looking at a log. Same goes for Karazhan, the chess event should work, but I would have to check this out through logs and then probably testing.
