Do you see all profiles in the "Load from BuddyStore" dialog or are some missing. If some are missing I am still going with "cache corruption" and assume you could not find the hidden BuddyStore cache folder as displayed in the guide.

Is the Retro Bundle even enabled in the BuddyStore under "My Purchases"? That is the last thing I can think of. They implemented new options over the last few days in the user profile. Maybe they made some mistake by disabling the product or something like that. If that does not work, then your next step would be to contact the Bossland support, because they handle the streaming of products.

Choose "Raids" on the top actionbar, and then choose whatever raid you want to edit, from there you can choose what type of raid you want to run (10, 10HC, 25, 25hc) and also what gear you want to keep, destroy or sell

The available raid mode varies from raid to raid. If you feel a specific raid mode is missing, then let's talk about it. Maybe there is a reason why that mode has not been implemented. Black Temple for example has a boss mode where a lot of trash is skipped, Tempest Keep has a mount run mode where Kael'thas Sunstrider is the only boss that gets killed. Naxxramas is another example with a special mode, where there is a Trashfarming mode that helps farming cloth.

There is no "avoid all trash at all cost" mode if that's what you are looking for, but in raids with loads of trash mobs I at least try to offer an alternative. Plus you can just set all grey/green items to "destroy" in the settings if you are annoyed by trash loot and you won't really notice it anymore.

Would be great if you could add a button to skip a Raid. It would be good bcs sometimes the bot only kills 11/12 bosses or you don't want to do a raid for some reason!

I don't understand. You can and should determine the order of the raids yourself by configuring the Studio Planner. And if you have set a raid so that it can only kill 11/12 bosses (like skipping Valithria in ICC, the bot should still get that the raid is technically complete. Otherwise it is a bug.

My normal Hearthstone is set to Dalaran, and even though its just got done with Ulduar and needed to go to Naxxramas, insteadt of going to Dalaran, it goes to my garrison, takes the portal to Ashran, then takes the portal to Stormwind, goes to Pandaria and from there takes the portal Dalaran? ^^

Please restart your computer. Sometimes old HB processes seem to hang in the memory as ghost processes. I couldn't even see them in the Task Manager, but a restart usually fixes it.

I have heard of an issue with elemental shamans on Arthas, but haven't gotten around to testing it myself. But without a log I can't look into it.

For this, there are two different explanations:

1. Dalaran is not implement as hearthstone location. I would have to create an individual travel snippet for each hearthstone location in game and that is just not feasible. But Dalaran comes up quite often so I will probably go ahead and add that one in one of the next builds. I still don't understand why people bind there, when the shrine in Pandaria with all the portals is a much better choice.

2. The bot traveling back to the garrison after a raid is a remnant from a time before the Studio Planner came into being. It will be possible to travel directly from raid to raid, but that feature does require solid testing because of the thousands of possible combinations and the fact that Honorbuddy hates flying in caves (which for example can mess when leaving Molten Core, Blackwing Lair and even Blackwing Descent (because the bot "sees" the cave underneath). It might seem a bit invoncenient and takes a bit more time. It is still preferrable to pushing a feature hastily that will might get you stuck in a spot where you may get reported. It will come in due time though. I have great plans for the Travel Manager I am using. There is just so much to do right now that I have a hard time fitting all those things on your wish list into a quick fix.

Well, since i dont own the cata bundle yet, i can say for my self, that i do 5 raids in the Northrend area, and i do them with 6 chars, so in theory, it is most logical to have the hearthstone set to dala And also, in my case, i leveled 5 of the chars with a friend with RAF in Dungeon Finder, so i have to run aaalll the way from The jade forrest, to Valley of the four winds, to Kun-Lai Summit, and finaly to the Vale of eternal blossoms ^^ Basicly, im lazy... XD Although i guess i'll do it if thats the best place for the bot to have its Hearthstone.

Possibly a silly question but in using Studio Companion and setting up the Raid Mode: to Boss Run and difficulty etc - seems to be PER character. I have to reconfigure the settings on each one by one. Is there a location for these settings where i can copy them over to all other characters? I see that the Planner configuration profiles carry over for all toons but not the specific Raid configuration settings. Am i missing something? BTW Amazing product - thank you for all the hard work and effort you've put into it! Now if you could create a Dungeon Pack (EI: Zul Aman) that would be amaze-balls.

I have to get a bit technical with this. I feel it may be caused by the UI thread accessing something that is managed by the application thread. I will ask around if some of the other devs know about this problem, but I am not yet convinced it is a companion problem, but more of a "Honorbuddy" problem. Nevertheless this does require some serious digging around and maybe even into areas I don't have access to. I'll make some inquiries.

Alright, I'll add the Dalaran hearthstone in the next version of the companion which I will submit today. Dalaran has come up often enough to warrant the implementation of it.

This is something I may have to consider for version 2.0 of the companion. What people want to do is very different and it is difficult to please them all. I will probably do the same thing I am planning on doing with the item settings and differentiate between a basic and an expert mode where you can define general settings and then override them on a per character basis. The character based settings reside in \\Honorbuddy\Honorbuddy Development\Settings\Proudmoore\[CHARACTER]\Studio60\StudioCompanion.xml but if you copy that file to other characters, you will also override the item settings.

thanks for the quick reply - and yes, unfortunately items settings are much more complex and detailed so those take priority and I wouldn't want to override them. I appriciate you considering the feature, perhaps the Raid settings can be a seperate xml or something? Well I am currently moving everything over from Winforms to WPF anyway, so redoing is what I am currently doing and my settings models is pretty adaptable. I will figure something out, but it will probably be not directly in the next companion release, but rather in the one where I overhaul the complete UI.
