Worked perfectly for me once I switched over to singular, One thing I would like to point out is that Spine of Deathwing on heroic which everyone should be running 10 man has chance to drop all 3 mounts, but you must have class with descent healing because the spine takes awhile and you continue to keep taking damage.

The Leech trinket from Kazzak works wonders if you lack selfheal.

Think you have something confused here.
Spine of Deathwing does not drop any mounts at all, nor have there been any reports of it anywhere either.

Two mounts drops from 'Madness of Deathwing' - which is the Deathwing-fight itself, and the Experiment-B12 (or whatnot) drops from Ultraxion.
 
Ive used this along with the other raids from the bundle and I have to say, out of everything I've tried with HB this is one of the best profiles I have ever come across, even beat DS when I couldnt do it on my own

Alliance character gets stuck on the boat when arriving at theramore, runs into the mast pole for eternity.

Can you provide a log so I can see which travel snippets were involved? Makes it easier to debug, because as it stands now I don't know which route your character took.
 
Here you go, the issue can be seen around 14:58 ish +++ about 3/4 down in the log.

Also, he died on trash ultraxion once for some reason, additionally, it seeems a 701 ilvl retripaladin does NOT have enough dps to kill ultraxion, as he's died 4 times in a row now to that big blast >.< (25 man heroic)

I also got the stuck issue when i used the mount hyjal profile earlier in the log.

Yeh i have my hs set to dalaran, but it doesn't pick that route >.< (which is the fastest)

I will try and reproduce the Menethil travel issue. Seems weird to get stuck on that pier, especially because my warrior always takes the route from IF to Menethil too and it worked fine.

About your DPS issue: Singular pulls terrible DPS with some specs. Maybe you will do better as protection. Retribution is one of those weak specs. I can not allow other routines, because they tend to not follow required coding standards so I can not offer another solution until my own routines are done. If protection does not cut it you can either wait until my own routines are done (CRs take a while), try protection, farm with another class, do it manually, try getting Bobby to improve Singular or issue a refund. I will add a few forced cooldowns to that fight, but the rotation is not something I can fix. You would have to take Singular issues up with Bobby in the Singular support thread. I just don't think they really feel the pressure to improve their CRs as long as they do "reasonable damage". But if you are a retribution pro, then tell me which skills could be used that aren't and I will try to handwire them. This is mostly possible with longer cooldowns.

I would recommend setting your hearthstone to the shrine in Pandaria. Can't get any faster than this and that location is actually mapped out by the travel manager. I did not add other hearthstone locations, because there is no automatic way to develop them. It would mean traveling from innkeeper to innkeeper setting the hearthstone, reading the map coordinates and creating a travel snippet for it. There are just too many of them, and logistically the Shrine in Pandaria makes so much more sense with the portals to every major city. I might give adding all hearthstones a shot, but I am not convinced of it. Come Legion we will probably need it again to leave raids so it would be a few days of work for travel options that are rarely ever used. Doesn't seem like a good time investment.

Lastly about your Spine issue: I am not sure yet, why this happens to you. I do realize that sometimes a roll just happens. Like with a 5% chance. But we tested the strategy hundreds of times and I have not gotten other reports of this so I am thinking about what your retribution paladin does differently that he is incapable of running from one side to the other. You seem to die because "(Singular) [WoWRedError] Can't do that while incapacitated" which means you are stunned and can not switch sides. The stun ability of the tentacles is only used if more than 1 player is present. Were you trying to take someone along? Or did you get stunned by some ability I am not aware of.

Had no idea that prot did more dps than ret with singular, will change spec for next run, cheers for the tip.

I'll also change hs to pandaria then, no problems with that.

Going prot is at least worth a try. From the spreadsheets retribution does more DPS, but with Singular you never know. It can even change vastly between versions if they do update. :-)

Did you watch and see what stunned you? I will go there with my retribution paladin now to check it out though.

So I did Dragon Soul 25 Heroic this morning with a 672 retribution paladin to check out your issues. I would like to offer these suggestions:

1. Get the Judgment Glyph (+10 yard range). I feel the longer range can help with a few mobs especially out of range tentacles on spine that might cause additional movement.
2. Get Sanctified Wrath as your level 75 talent. It will help on Ultraxion
3. Get Execution Sentence. It also helps on Ultraxion

I will try to force the bot to use Avenging Wrath on pull to maximize DPS.

I will also add an option to enable the use of Draenic Strength/Intellect/Agility Potion on that encounter.
This will be on by default and can be turned off if you feel you don't need it. It will be added in the update I am currently working on.

Regarding your Spine of Deathwing issue - I could not find anything wrong with the encounter. It went perfectly.

Last week I bought the full Cataclysm and Retro Pack and I must say I am really impressed, well worth the money!

One thing I did notice while I watched the bot (I run with a 692 item level balance druid):

Thanks for the compliment.

I requested a way to blacklist spells in Singular along with reporting a few other bugs as well. After six weeks my request/report got removed without a response and no new version has been posted. This lives me in limbo as I don't know if it will be addressed or not. You can try and report this in the Singular support thread yourself, but I have no way of influencing the outcome. I still have my own combat routines on my agenda which will resolve unnecessary issues like these, but right now I am way too swamped. If your Singular request will not get answered, you might have to wait until I am ready.
 
minor issue

The Trash Before Hagara : if you have it use the portal back down and fly up with the dragon the rp will be over, saves roughly 20 seconds i believe.

Spine of Deathwing : Fight as a fury warrior, im seeing it not using sudden death procs (huge burst loss on burning tendons). I'm also seeing that since it doesn't finish the first tendon on the first try it seems to de-sync the whole amalgam process, never picking back up another tried this twice. The movement on spine is fantastic, it got close to not rolling a couple times, but that could have been due to whatever was messing up the ability to target the telendril and hit it before switching sides again

Ultraxion : DPS was super poor due to using singular but what can ya do about that one I guess. I did read your not that you may have a plan for that soon.

all other bosses were decent

The function to change talents when needed has been enabled this whole time and it doesn't seem to be making any selections or changes
