TBH: Me too! :-)

There is so much finetuning with all my custom mini combat routines and stuff that doesn't usually work in Honorbuddy even though it should. I hope I can submit the product on Thursday. That is the current plan. Then we have to see how long approval takes.

The bundle itself is finished, but I have not submitted it yet. I have to add overlay dialogs that give advice for each raid and class when you run it for the first time and that is something I still need to implement.

This is necessary because people do issue refunds out of ignorance. It is imperative that users realize, these profiles might need preparations and have different requirements per class. Some raids might even be impossible for some classes. And some talents will break the tactic. Then there are some encounters that require a bit of luck. Mages for example might be successful by opting for weaker gear with lots of leech, but that is not something a profile can do for you and players need to know these things. I have information for almost each class on every raid, but people won't bother to check out the FAQ in the support thread. They will just refund with a "doesn't work" comment. I can only avoid that by taking them by the hand and showing them what they have to do.

These profiles contain some of the most advanced stuff that has ever been created for the Quest Bot. It is only to be expected that there will be hiccups in the beginning with all those different combinations of gear and speccs that are available. It is just impossible to think of everything.

I really can't say. The most important part to check is for safe lua calls. I only use Lua in a very limited capacity so that should be quick. Testing might be another story. I don't know how many testers even have characters with an item level of around 650 or higher. :-) But with profiles they also just can't test anything. They won't for example run the profile with all classes/specs. That is just not feasible.

And I do have the slight feeling that same as with customers, the developer reputation has some play in it.
 
Is there an option via plugin to run LFR first, exit the raid and than enter it again with 10/25 nhc or hc (whatever u set) in case u farm the different coloured sets or do i have to stop it, change the raid settings via plugin and restart it?
Would make it faster to farm all cata raids in a row instead of start over again every time.

I'm quite sure it will be another amazing product waiting for it ! :D

The LFR is disabled in the Studio Planner, because there is no way to check if you already did it or not. There are no raid ids for LFR and that would mean the studio planner would run it over and over again. I thought about just creating a setting for it, but even the reset days are different depending on where you live in the world and what server you use and you don't run LFR for gold. So at least for now, you will have to run Dragon Soul LFR manually. All other raids and difficulties you can set up in a long chain on the Studio Planner.

I usually have very, very few refunds. But I guess the price plays a role in it as well. You can use it for a week and then refund it. Even if a particular raid has a problem (which happens) they could just report it and I would fix it. People that have known me for a while also know I try to take very good care of my products. It might take a few days and I might forget something every once in a while, but I feel I offer very good support if people ask for it. Some people just "cba" to report a problem. Trouble is that they can't buy it again if they do. But that is not going to be my problem, but their loss.

I know that once the Cataclysm Bundle is live things will just come up. That is normal in software development and I don't think I have ever seen a questing profile with content as complex as few of the encounters I created. But I have to say that my pride is taking a hit with every refund. A small part of me takes it personally. That's why I want to create this awesome stuff.
