Important Notice about Cataclysm raid profiles

Cataclysm raids vary greatly in their difficulty. Not all classes can clear all raids and especially classes without self-healing capabilities will have a tough time in some of them. I also did not put my typical "100% AFK" disclaimer on the Cataclysm products, because weak characters will die in certain places and you should be there to either help that character out or switch to a more suitable character. Most classes will be good once they have Tanaan gear (item level 650+). Some classes can do it easily with worse gear and some classes will be unable to do it with even better gear.

Please watch each of your characters at least during the first run to see if everything goes smoothly. AFK-Botting is always a risk. Please also note that I intend to maintain my profiles during the Legion expansion. At level 110 these raids should be a lot easier for you to bot and by then the cataclysm profiles will be even more viable and more classes will be able to easily finish them. If you refund, because some of your characters can't beat a certain raid, you will also not be able to repurchase this profile once Legion is out and your characters could do it more easily.

Custom Raid and Loot Configuration

  • Uses the free Studio Companion plugin to give you an amazing profile experience
  • Picks the shortest travel route to the raid by considering over 150 possible travel options tailored to your character
  • Comes with a startup loot configuration depending on your class and professions
  • Lets you decide for each individual item what you want to do with it
  • Lets you disenchant/destroy items while in the dungeon to save inventory space
  • Lets you put items on a watch list and notifies you with a fanfare when it drops
  • Displays item tooltips and offers Wowhead links for all raid loot
  • Provides custom options for the raid

Additional Information

  • The Alizabal encounter has to be activated in the options, but characters on level 100 will likely be one-shotted by Seething hate.
  • The Valiona & Theralion encounter in Bastion of Twilight requires you to have at least 260k health for 25-Man Heroic or 200k health and a [Shieldtronic Shield].
  • The Maloriak encounter in Blackwing Descent is a DPS race starting when he reaches 25% hitpoints. If you can't kill him fast enough at that point, you will die.
  • The Conclave of Wind encounter in Throne of the Four Winds is a hefty DPS race and might not be possible to complete on all characters.
  • These profiles are restricted to characters on level 100
  • Some classes will have more trouble than others. Selfheals for example can be an important factor on some fights
    (Mages for example just have a tough time when soloing challenging raids).

Tips
  • Use the QuestBot, because ... well these profiles need it. :-)
  • Have enough free bag space. There is a lot of loot waiting for you.
  • My products are developed using the standard Singular Combat Routine. Using other combat routines might cause issues.

I'm stoked to run this. Having written a pretty junky version of Dragon Soul, I can appreciate the difficulty in coding the last few fights.

Designing the algorithm for the Spine of Deathwing encounter was interesting, to say the least. It started out with watching many videos, drawing a lot of setups on paper coding way too many functions that I didn't need and a lot of custom combat that I still need to refine quite a bit. I don't think Spine will be doable for mages, but we will have to see. And I plan to be around for a while so you can expect these profiles to be improved upon way into Legion where probably even more classes can solo that content.
 
i can't wait for this to get released! farming even only BWD, TotFW & BoT once a week on a few chars giving a steady amount of gold without super risking beeing banned on same farm route fpr fel blight or whatever for hours.

Even with all the repair costs from developing the plugin I made a pretty penny in it. :-)

No, I do not. The Retro Bundle is a product dedicated to the raids of WoW Classic, Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King. These raids are from the Cataclysm era.

I can't really give you the day. Depends a bit on how stable Spine of Deathwing appears to be. I do have to write some kind of a Mini-CR for that encounter and the requires a lot of testing, because each class/spec is different. The approval process also does not take a set amount of time. It depends on the Bossland staff too.

About the classes... That is difficult and it varies from raid to raid. I think that Dragon Soul without selfheal will be a lost cause, so mages will probably have a tough time there. Other than that it is all about trying different gear levels. When people reach level 100 they have a gear level of around 585, when they do a quick round in Tanaan they can get 650 easily. My goal is to make the raids viable for most classes at 650 gear level, but all classes won't be possible. We'll see how things go.

I can't tell you anything about MoP raids right now. Sorry. Those are really tough to solo even for a human. But I will see what I can do when Legion is released. At level 110 it should be easier.
