is it possible to have like a "Raid" Buddy from WoW for Exile that Auto uses Potion in the right moment and is looting the good stuff? Like that is all I need.

Hello, it is possible and has been done before the re-write.
If you are asking it to be done just for you, don't plan on seeing it too soon, the plate's overfull atm.
Community wise, someone can probably do it. Strip out the explorer and it's practically almost done.
