Hi,

A friend of mine wants to play WoW again so my idea was to RaF with him.
But is his account at risk since I do bot on my account?

Can I login his account or will this flag him as well in case I get banned?

Any account is at risk that is associated with a bot; it is minimal for him but still a risk; more so if you login to his account.
Will it actually happen? Probably not, but risk is always there.

Thx for your answer.
Does anyone have a friend who got banned due to RaF while playing legitly ?=)

I've done what you're asking and my friend was neither aware of me botting, nor suffered any repercussions from the endeavor.
I don't want you to think that is is guaranteed that there is no risk, or you won't suffer the hammer.

If you're afraid of being banned, you simply shouldn't bot at all.

if you use his account I think there was a rule/TOS saying you should NOT share accounts somewhere.

The ToS part you're citing can be found here; first link at the top of the page: Click Me

Well that's not a bannable offence right?
Playing with him online since 12 years and know him since 30 years so the security issue is not a problem.

According to the TOS and ToU they could suspend or even ban the account but honestly I never seen it done

Sharing accounts is a bannable offense. Blizzard has (even recently) been banning players who share accounts (specifically streamers that share accts to pvp etc). The only exception to this rule is if you are a parent to a minor, then you can share accounts.
