RAF Still Possible?

I remember before a while back there was some ways of doing RAF botting, since now it goes to 80 I want to buy a second account but Is it possible for me to play/quest with the main account and have the other account follow me? I dont mind handing in quest manually but before the bot would help me or sometimes not follow me, how is this coming along to this day?
