RAF Quest Botting

Hey,

Haven't posted on the forums in a while so i was unsure on where to post.

I couldn't find any guides on RAF Quest botting, and was wondering how people normally do it.

I'm currently using 2 accounts starting from level 1 and i'm just getting the 2 accounts to start off in the same spot and have empty quests and then press start on both the bots.
But whilst their questing, the characters break off from each other and get too far out of range for the RAF xp bonus.

Is there a better way to RAF Quest Bot?

Do you know if it would be possible for both characters of the party to quest at the same time instead of a leader/slave party thingie ma bob

Might be worth having a look at some multiboxing forums, the setup for them shares quests by having them both click the same area on the screen or by use of another addon, im still very new to HB so im not sure how you would implement that into the bot itself. I'm sure someone would be able to do it.

I havent multiboxed in over a year, but there is a fantastic wow plugin called 'Jamba' that would share quests etc with the other toons.

The problems you will find though by useing Jamba with HB -

1. Kill x quests to gain y item wont work - will for the lead bot but not the followers as they wont loot any dead.

2. Fed Ex Quests will only work on lead bot, not the followers

Yea thats the addon i was thinking about, its been a while since i used it aswell.

I can see what your saying, you wouldnt be able to AFK the levelingprocess but you could skip some of those quests due to the boost in Xp. Like i said im far from understanding how HB works though so my idea might be worse than running both accounts by hand yourself.

we don't support raf questing, but i think smarter made a plugin that makes your toons stay w/in X yards of each other

TBH the best method to RAF is get your first toon to 80/85 asap by questing, then level the trailer bots to Lev 12 then just RAF them through the INSTANCE levelling technique, you will get the trailor toons at 80 in under 12 hours now... Just have to chain those instances over and over, but great for getting mats to level professions etc though.

See IB being used for this would be amazing... Too bad it never works this way.

I already have a main account with 85's that i could use to spam the chars through instances.
But i didn't really want to do that because i don't have too much time anymore
I've spammed instances for my main account before with a RAF account with the old RAF system (back when the max level was 60)

If i can't find the plugin kick suggested, i guess i will have to spam dungeons with my main account to get these toons to 80 then let HB bot them to 86.

i dont understand these things lol i just read all the comments, i have the same problem i want to run raf accounts that quest or instance together or even join the same battleground? is that possible?
