RAF - Most efficient way from 80-90?

So I'm doing dungeons with raf, controlling 1, and the other with dungeon buddy.

I level myself from 1-15, with them side by side.
15-80 Dungeons,

Then what, I feel like it takes a long time to do the cata dungeons, is this the fastest?

Yes, dungeons are by far the fastest. You should still be getting between 1 and 2 levels per run all the way to 90.
