RAF looting

Im running RAF,
The main bot, is looting fine, but the one following in RAF mode is not looting.
Its running up to the corpse and then does nothing.
Just follows the main.

Any ideas?

Thats the log from my follower...

It loots on and off.
As I wrote this, he started looting. But then stopped again!

Yes I have tied FFA looting, Round robin looting, and Group Looting.

What would you suggest is better, as in Group they do not roll for greens or blues...
