RAF issue with healing.

Hey, I just followed this guide "http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/guides/34678-guide-set-up-your-partybot-raf.html" on RAF, and I have a issue with the assistant. Im currently botting 2 elemental shamans, and the issue is when the leader gets low, the other char wont heal the leader at all.

How can I make it heal him?
