RaF instances?

Ok so im trying to let HB run my roic instances "dont worry, im not afking them"

I installed instance buddy
but the point of the add-on it so auto Queue for instances right?

I start HB in grind mode? Im not in a party, so i cant start it in RaF mode.
If i start it in grind mode once i get into the instance it does nothing, cause it needs to be on RaF mode

Also what profile do i need to have loaded for RaF? Ive been loading just a blank profile with no way points.

I'm running Kaboomkin as resto, using instance buddy trying to get this thing semi automated.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Instancebuddy has a built-in RaF system which follows and assists the tank in Grind and Questing Mode
