RaF help!

Hello.
Im new to honorbuddy and would like to RaF my two characters. How do I do?
I've tried to fix it myself but it says "RaF Mode requires you to attach to a character who isn't the leader of the group!" How do I attach the characters?
I know, its a noobish question, but I cant figure it out

your playerms must be in a party
choose Grind for the leader and Raf for the follower
