RAF Help

I see a lot of guys saying to lvl using RAF? how do I get myself a toon that I can RAF ? I mean he has to buy all the expansions to actually hit the level, that means you have to spent over 80$ just to get a toon that can hit 90. Or is there a better/easier way, like letting your time run out, RAF yourself on that toon or how?

Im not sure what you got in mind , but firstly lemme point out that RAF only works 1-80

I don't know where you are buying your expansions from but it's certainly not $80 if you're smart. You send a RAF invite to a newly created email and make yourself a new B.NET then you lvl it from there with 2 sessions of HB or whatever.
