I personally see it really hard to do without full heirlooms on each character. Heirlooms can let your characters get from level 1 to 85 in less than 10 hours played, with very minimal attention.
Despite that, wipes still do occur with enchanted heirlooms on each character since sometime dungeon buddy pulls too much which used to be fine before wod but not anymore since the healers dont output that much.
I would advise to stay away from monk healers with pala tanks as I found them to wipe too often. Looking at a fight against sha of doubt around lvl 85 healer and tank dip real close to death but thankfully dont wipe. Most wipes occur in recently updated dungeons such as razerfen down and kraul, as well as some tbc and cata dungs. Personally for dungeon runs, hunters do the best dps overall when clearing trash and bosses later come melee classes and ranged in last, blood dk are the best tanks along side warriors (haven't tested druids so far), and for healers shamans were able to let the group survive resulting in wiping the least in comparison to druids and monks(i haven't tested priest since they take the cloth heirlooms limiting my team, and paladins were already in the team sometimes in form of tanks)
If you don't have heirlooms, i would advise that you don't use Raf unless you have a booster. I never used symbiotic since i got all heirlooms and it was simply quicker. If you don't use raf and level you will probably end up with 30-40 hours played but less wipes if you get a team with a variety of classes so you don't bottleneck the loot.
This is my opinion based on being a botter who for the past two months was just trying to get max chars of every class that are useful to bot with on every realm possible.
