RAF - Does this still exist?

Can someone explain how to set this up now? I cant seem to get anything to work together. Im using 2 DPS.

Open up a WoW and a HB.
Use GIND MODE and any grind profile and make sure leader plugin is activated. Let it run for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Open up second WoW and HB use PARTY BOT and hit start.
Should work . At least it does for me.
