Quitting to character select crashes game [NA version tested]

Pressing escape and pressing "Select Character" immediately crashes ArcheAge and ArcheBuddy.
 
same here for weeks and it doesnt NA or EU it do that on both. And exit game didnt count down as well it just close the client without saving the last config in game.

and so many time archebuddy doesnt run the account it just log it out

Is there a fix for this? I have the same problem.
 
i just upgrade my computer to win10 now i have this problem, did a fresh install of win10 and ab...

edit: holy crap this is super annoying, graphics are all super high and i cant change it down, FORCE USE LOW SETTING DOESNT WORK EITHER, crashes on change character AND exit

If he is working on a fix it would be nice to know.

Makes Archebuddy worthless for me! I mainly use it to switch through accounts....
 
can we at least get a word on this issue, im frustrated everyday because of this...

this is what i am getting after trying to start Archeage.
Out never react on skype.. please someone help me already few days i am not able to play archeage with bot.

I haven't idea why its happens and how fix this at this moment. I even cant reproduce it on my characters.
 
i did a complete new install of windows 10 and new install of AB, it happened, for some reason it didnt happen on my vmware before but now it does too...
 
I also am not able to go to character select on the client using AB. It makes the client go not responding and then crashes. I've just been stopping the client instead and starting it back up and then logging into the other character.
 
First of all sorry for my bad english but i will try to explain what i have done to fix this issue.

I have being switching the archeage installation from C: Drive to D: Drive etc don't know if this make anything to the bot..
But on the C: Drive you have a hiden folder called Appdata try to clean it (proabbly a old file from Archebuddy/Archeage).Dont know the name of the folder because i have deleted everything.
C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData
After i was able to launch the game with bot.

I hope this will help and let me know. cuz i dont know for sure this is the fix.

this isnt the issue, we all can log in, its selecting character or exit archeage that crashes, there is no appdata for archeage in win10 at least for me

Hello Out, thanks for your time.

Could you please let all of us know what version of Windows you're running? Windows 8 or 10? 32 or 64 bit? This could maybe help some of us to use a different version of windows on VM, so that AB client won't crash every time we log out.

For some reason it only does it on my #1 character slot and #4. If I log into the second character on my account, it doesn't do it and I can log in and out of characters as long as its not #1 and #4. #4 also does it. During the pet, I would log into 2, then go 3 to 5 and then 4, game would crash, then I would log in the main. The other account does the same, second character I can log out of, but once I am on #1, it locks up
 
im 100% sure it has to do something with windows 10, my main computer also my vmware AND laptop are all win10 and they all exhibit this problem, they are also all win10 64 bit, character slot doesnt matter in my case, no matter which character it is it always crashes as soon as i press go to character select or exit game button while in game

If this is possible - i need to login to your char that have this problem. PM me your skype and link for this thread, if this is possible
