Heya.

I've read alot of threads on the forum the last couple of days regarding using VMware or not, v pn or not, prox y or not, isboxer, more computers, newer computers, what scripts to use/not use... etc. and have honestly found myself not a single bit wiser. Perhaps I'm just confused thanks to all the information my brain's been forced to handle in such a short amount of time but regardless of that possibility I still am quite unsure what to do.

I'm thinking of running more than four characters, perhaps even more than that in a close future, but can't really figure out where to start and which deal would be the wisest option for me.

Stationary Computer speccs:

Intel Core i7 3770K 3,5Ghz (Ivy Bridge)
Corsair SSD Force 3 Series 120GB
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 2048MB OC
Crucial 16GB (2x8192MB) CL9 1600MHz Ballistix Elite

Also got a laptop currently running the only copy of d3 available, Asus G74S series (i7-2630QM 2,0Ghz, 6GB RAM, GTX 560M).

Any advice on what I should do and how I should proceed?
Such as run all instances from one computer using different softwares?
No softwares?
Should one use WMWare or not?
ISBoxer?
Play both EU/US servers with one acc at the same time
^ With several accounts?

I most likely know the answer to half of my questions but I still seem to need input on how I should continue my journey. Hah. Hope you get me, feel like I'm in need of a small guide right now even though the fatigue might be talking, don't be afraid to write one if you'd like though

Thanks in advance,
D.

if you want to put D3 and DB on a SSD i would suggest using Isboxer being able to open multiple Bots from 1 install is great. also the managment options from isboxer with moving windows hotswapping and it saving all the different account emails so if you set all the passwords the same you can log in to all the bots at the same time. Anyone running more then 4 bots i would suggest using isboxer. save on time alone collecting from their AH sales joining games together logging in.

What he said.

Isboxer just saves a rediculous amount of time and headaches. Sure, its 40 bucks for the year (15 for 3 months), but the setup time it saves tinkering around with windows, their locations, fps, cpu allocation, and hd installs is so worth it.

As for using VMs and proxies, for now, it's all speculation. Since there hasn't been any banwaves, no one can say for sure what's going to help and what's not. I personally have never dealt with VMs (even when i did 10-15 bots in wow). I do however sometimes use V P N connections or tunnels.

Your computer is powerful enough to run 10+ bots easily after some tinkering with ISBOxer.

And finally, i dont think it's a great idea to be "double dipping" so to speak running on both EU and US. While we don't know if this is something that Blizzard would track, it just seems like a no brainer red flag.

Thanks for both your responses.

Another question that comes to my mind is; if one's running more than four instances of bots, should I just setup them accordingly and "play", forgetting about all the speculations and layers of "protection" or how have you setup yours/would have you setup yours?
