I'd say a bot team is the quickest route with a single quester (hunter).
At 85 they split off into 2 scenario teams.

Everyone is always going on about "how do I get cheap keys?"; send a RAF invite, create the starter account, login for 5 minutes, logout - when you log back in there will be a 50% off deal - bam, 4.99$ Cata / 14.99$ Mists.

Pimp my guild is how I did it. Took a couple weeks to get lvl 25 guild and had 1000 guildies when all was said and done.
