Quick Question(s) Regarding the $5 Battlechest

Since the Battle.net Store changed, I have a few quick questions regarding the current deal from Blizzard:


  1. As long as I buy the $5 Battlechest as a "Gift" and send it to another email, I should be able to use those codes on any Battle.net of my choosing, correct?
  2. What is the limitation of the 10 copies? Is that per credit card, per Battle.net account, per e-mail, per day, etc?

I logged on a B.net with a banned acct. Then proceded to gift way more than 10 battlechest keys and many MOP keys to a second B.net with a banned wow acct.


Yes, you can then create new B.nets, enter the gifted key and activate the key. There may or may not be a limitation. If so I have not hit it, but I have used several payment methods, and made purchases, wait for them to clear and then make more.

In fact I will purchase another 30 or so battlechest today before the sale ends.
 
Lst time, i hitted cap, was for Character transfers, was not able to initiate 4th in row from single b.net account, a several hours (or a day, not sure) CD triggered.

Before that, never had CD with my 2 payment methods used: PP and single CC - but that was with the old Blizzard Store, the only CD I faced was 5 keys per transaction.

Now the new Beta shop is bit different. You can take only single key per transaction, from what I can see.
 
I was able to purchase 9 Battlechests last night, from one account, with the same credit card, gifted to one other email. Then I got some sort of error.

I will try again later today.

I ordered 10 last night using the same account and paypal all at the same time. All got cancelled, spoke to a GM and they said it was because I ordered too many in a short period of time.

Want to buy like 25 but won't be able to if I wait for them to complete before ordering more. Not sure what to do.

I had to ppurchase all of them 1 by 1 since the store doesn't let you input quantities. I will have to check and see if they cancelled my purchases when I get home from work.

I can't help but think that this is another way to make life difficult for botters.
