Quick question on Skills

This subject might have been touched upon but i havn't seen much yet, just curious if there is a working plugin to automatically switch your skills / runes automatically while leveling up. thanks for your time and help guys!!

AutoSkilled is outdated but Im working on a rework, should be out soon(tm) I'm testing logic right now
