Quests with Special Buttons don't work

When my action bar transforms to a special one with skills to be used during a certain quest, the bot just does nothing. I think it wants to use the keys 1, 2, 3, 4, because when I type in chat during these quests, I notice those numbers typed in.... But I don't use such keys, I have my action bar keys completely remapped.
