Forgive me if this is the wrong section. Just curious about what can be done or perhaps I can put in a request for some changes.
For the record, this is my build.
I have a couple of things I'd like to bring up. Two are related to the DH specifically, and the others are more so general comments.
1. The over use of the shadow power/gloom skill. As a human player, this should generally be reserved for elites and reflect damage mobs. But when the bot see's the first sign of an enemy (a single crawler or fallen), it activates that skill instantly. This is so incredibly wasteful.
2. Preparation. This kind of falls hand in hand with the 1st one though. Because the discipline is so poorly managed, the preparation gets wasted when it's not needed. Countless times have I seen this bot walk into a battle when it shouldn't have after it just wasted both of these skills. So now it doesn't exactly have any sort of backup plan should it get itself into a sticky situation. However, on a number of times I'm surprised it's actually kept itself alive. Basically, there needs to be a way for it to determine the types of surrounding enemies and when either of these skills should become viable/necessary. I feel this would save on a lot of unnecessary deaths.
3. Standing in the way of projectiles. I know there's settings for specific things to avoid, but not all of them. Again, maybe this just comes down to my DH, but they're not exactly suppose to be tanky builds. A lot of these things can nearly 1 hit me, which instantly puts my HP below the threshold that I've set in the bot itself. So obviously new gear could solve an issue or two. But I think the other points still stand.
4. Standing on top of vents and arcane sentry spawns. This I just saw as I was posting this. It's like this wasn't even considered. The bot completely ignores the fact there's a firey ball of death being spewed forth from the ground and stands directly over top of it waiting to roast some marshmallows and hot dogs. And it also likes to stand ontop of the arcane sentry spawns from the elites.
With that being said, it's been great otherwise and these are some very specific things I've noticed. It does a lot of things right and I really enjoy using it. But these sorts of things stand out like a sore thumb.
So, feel free to tell me I'm an complete dumbass and am speaking out of my ass, or we can open this up for discussion and see what we can do
