Questions about the injunction..

So I know the injunction is coming in July, but Im curious to some of the details.
1. After this is the case settled for good? Can an appeal be made by either party?
2. IF The court rules against DB does that mean they have to cease operations? Only in certain areas?
3. If the court rules against DB AND they are allowed to appeal are they allowed to operate while waiting for appeal?

I remember reading somewhere that Munich is notorious for bad judges and they'd likely lose there but win in an appeal. I would greatly appreciate anyone with German law familiarity to drop some knowledge on us.

Right now all thats happening is an injunction was filed stopping DB from selling / supporting in germany. When they show up in court they will plead their case and hopefully convince the judge it was baseless and should never have happened. If they can not then a trial date should be set. It's going to be a long ways off before any real resolution is reached, just look at honorbuddy. thats still going on.

I would be lying if i said that all this concern was altruistic and that i was worried only for the buddy team (even though I think this is all bullshit and I hope they come out of this ok), but this program IS an investment, and I would like to know as much information as possible about matters surrounding an investment. I know that someone knows this information, and as AFAIK it should be common knowledge stuff to someone with a little legal expertise. Anyways, I want the best for the buddy team and the community, but also want all information i can have. Just being brutally honest here.
