Greetings, all!

Time for more enlightenment...

1) A user has a ProtectedItems.xml in his Honorbuddy install directory. The user is also using a Profile that contains a semi-populated <ProtectedItems> element. What is supposed to happen?
a) Only the ProtectedItems.xml will be used
b) Only the <ProtectedItems> element in the Profile will be used
c) Internally, Honorbuddy creates a union of the contents of ProtectedItems.xml and the <ProtectedItems> element in the Profile, and that will be used
d) something else (please specify)

2) A Profile is written such with Netherweave Cloth is contained in a <ForceMail> element. The Netherweave Cloth is also contained in the ProtectedItems.xml file in the user's Honorbuddy install directory. What is supposed to happen?
a) The item will remain in the user's backpack (ProtectedItems takes precedence)
b) The item will be mailed (ForceMail takes precedence)
c) Something else (please specify)

3) There is a ForceMail.xml file in the Honorbuddy install directory, populated in a fashion isomorphic to ProtectedItems.xml. What should happen?
a) Honorbuddy uses the ForceMail.xml file in a fashion similar to its use of ProtectedItems.xml
b) Honorbuddy ignores ForceMail.xml, but there are plans to support it in the future
c) Honorbuddy ignores ForceMail.xml, and there are no plans to support it
d) other (please specify)

4) Are the answers provided for 1, 2, & 3....
a) Guarantees (please cite the reference)
b) Observed Behavior in latest releases
c) I guessed anyway, and don't really know

Thanks in advance, and a Request...
If the answer to '1' is not 'c', could we get it to be 'c'?

cheers,
CJ

c, HB checks both when it decides what to sell.

By default, all items in 'ForceMail' also get added to the profiles protected items list to ensure they don't get sold. They will still be mailed.

We don't have anything like this with 'ForceMail' currently, but I can see it being a good idea. I'll see about it.
